ENVELOPES AND LETTERHEADS are on non-coated paper. If your design is saturated in dark colors they will soak into the paper. You will not like it.
Dark colors include black, purple, blue, brown and variations. Dark colors tend to get soaked into the paper if their color values are too high. For best results, heavy ink is not recommended, please use light colors.
Bright white, smooth, and textured, this writable paper is compatible for use in your Laser or InkJet printer (excludes envelopes with windows). Since it is "uncoated", we do not recommend using dark, high-density colors (black, purple, blue, and brown), as these may cause offsetting.
Full-color printing on the front (outside).
Please note that there is possibility of up to 1/16" shift on the envelope die cuts.
Envelopes are printed flat and then later cut, converted, and glued. We do not print on the inside (back) of the envelopes; however, we print on the flaps and panels. Download and use our templates for proper file submittal.
Voter Contact will correct any errors that arise from improper cutting, poor print quality, color and print shift or delays in printing
